We have exciting news from the 2018 Easterns in Jackson, Mississippi!

• We started off the show with Bill and Shesacatsmeow making the top 10 in the $25,000 novice finals. The mare is owned by J3 Cutting Horses of Kentwood, LA.
  
• Bill and Dual Smart Dee Jay, owned by Kevin and Melinda Polk, finished in the top 10 in the $5000 novice
  
• Patty’s Metallic, owned by Don McGraw was a $5000 novice finalist
  
• Tite Fittin Genes was an open finalist and was the open go-round winner
  
• Katelynn McLin finished in the top ten of both the $15,000 amateur and the $2000 limit rider
  
• Callie Richardson was third in the $15,000 amateur on See Da Cat
  
• Karrigan Cagley and Little Sweet Spot took third in the senior youth, while Karrigan and Shesacatsmeow were finalists in the $5000 novice non pro
  
• Lyndi Polk finished top 10 in the junior youth and also won her first buckle
  
• Mike Cagley and Melinda Polk both were $35,000 non-pro finalist, with Mike finishing in the top 10 and Melinda capturing third​
