ABOUT
BILL & JESSICA PIERCE
Bill
has been an avid cutter since childhood. He competed as a Youth
and Non-Pro through his teen years and turned Pro at the age of
21. Now at 35 years of age, Bill has an AAAA judges rating and
over $400,000 in lifetime earnings.
Some of his accomplishments include multiple Eastern Nationals
Finalists, NCHA Gelding Stakes Finalist at the 2006 Super Stakes,
Top 15 in the world of the $10,000 Novice horse 2009, and Reserve
Futurity Champion Southern Futurity 2009. Bill has also had multiple
small futurity finalists.
Bill has been noted for his extreme patience and use of easy coaching
tactics with amateurs and non-pros. Whether helping in the show
pen or giving a lesson, Bill has a great way of helping a rider
get connected with his or her mount.
Jessica
Pierce puts her equestrian studies degree from the University
of Findlay to use nearly every day. She helps around the barn,
cleans stalls, lopes horses and makes sure the facility runs smoothly.
Jessica
has become a competitive non-pro, showing on the weekends and
in aged events. Jessica also holds a degree in studio art and
enjoys being creative when time allows.
